Born and raised in Burlingame, California, Bob Regan has been building new homes, new high end custom commercial buildings and upgrading Eichler and other traditional Bay Area homes for over 25 years.

After designing and building his own residence on undeveloped land in Montara, CA, Bob started Hammer Building in order to take advantage of a great central location and wealth of experience.

Bob Regan is a fully insured and licensed General Contractor since 1999, with a certificate for remodeling (HIC) obtained in 2001. Contractor's License Detail - License # 758497.

Contractor's General Liability is provided by Aegis Insurance.
